Waiver: A waiver must be signed on arrival by both participants and non-participants stating that they attend or participate entirely at their own risk and will not hold the Activity or individuals or GiftsDirect responsible in the event of injury.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify GiftsDirect against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses and legal fees arising out of your use of the service of GiftsDirect.com. Under any circumstances, GiftsDirect.com maximum liability to any course holder is limited to the cost of the course.
Centres: GiftsDirect.com acts as an agent for the participating activities and accepts no liability whatsoever arising from activities conducted by them. GiftsDirect.com has agreements with its activities regarding their standard of performance and suppliers are registered with their relevant controlling or regulatory bodies. Once a booking has been made with an Experience supplier, the voucher holder is bound by the terms and conditions of that supplier.
Conduct-Consumption of alcohol or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the day of any event
Confidentiality: All confidential information is used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Jurisdiction: Contract will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
