Booking of Activity:
When booking you must have your code/voucher number ready otherwise we cannot make a reservation.
You will be required to produce your voucher on the day, if you do not, you will not be allowed to do the activity and therefore the voucher will become invalid.
Once an experience has been booked it cannot be cancelled or postponed under any circumstances.
If this occurs your voucher will be NULL & VOID.
Individuals arriving late will not be able to join an activity if they have missed the safety briefing has commenced.
