when you enter your 9-digit order number which will begin with 100. Please note: Your order will not be trackable until it leaves our warehouse.
All orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. The only exception is personalised items. These require time for personalisation and therefore can take up to 10 business days before they are dispatched.
You can track your order by entering your order number in the order tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse. This can only be done once you receive an email confirming your order has left our warehouse and is now ready for tracking
