We take all reasonable care in packaging any fragile or breakable items. If any such items are damaged in transit, we will be responsible for the replacement costs of the item only. Any damage to the parcel or contents must be reported within 2 days of receipt of goods.
If the item is damaged or defective, please email or call us immediately for instructions. Please include photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will have a replacement checked and sent out to you as quickly as possible.
If you have had the product for more than six months and feel that it has developed a fault that you would not normally expect, please get in touch with us before you send it back and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
