We do indeed deliver to hospitals.
Please note that that we do require the room and ward number that the recipient is staying in - add this to the address details. Please also provide a contactable phone number of the recipient.
Please note that the courier will deliver to the hospital reception area and hospital staff will then bring your gift to the recipient. There may be slight delay between tracking confirming delivery and the recipient actually receiving your gift - this can be up to 24hrs depending on how busy the hospital staff are. We advise that you let the recipient know to expect a delivery.
Please Note: Hospitals may refuse to accept delivery due to Health, Safety and Hygiene reasons depending on the ward the patient is allocated or due to Hospital policy.
If the order is refused we can arrange an alternative delivery address.
