Why does the delivery country not show for my selected hamper?

Due to some countries' customs regulations and trade agreements, which are beyond our control, some of our products are only available for delivery to certain areas of the world. 

Unfortunately, due to EU law we are unable to deliver hampers containing alcohol outside of the EU. 

Due to Brexit we can no longer able to deliver hampers containing alcohol to the UK.

On each of our product pages, there is a drop down list of the countries that each particular item can be delivered to. 

The link for our hampers can be found at https://www.giftsdirect.com/hampers and at this point you will be able to choose the destination of your hamper. In these categories it will show all the hampers that you can send within the region of your destination. 

Due to a change in import regulations we can no longer ship food items to China.

For some countries with Islands archipelagos ie Canary Islands (Spain) & Channel Islands (United Kingdom) and others, while we delivery to the mainland countries, we are unable to deliver to these island archipelagos. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
